Terms of Service – G-Time Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using G-Time Tracker („the Add-on“), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service („Terms“). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Add-on. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Helmuth Lammer („Developer“).

2. Description of Service

G-Time Tracker is a Google Calendar Add-on that enables users to:

• Track time spent on tasks by creating calendar events
• Start and stop time tracking with a single click
• Manage projects and associate tasks with project names
• Add notes and descriptions to tracked time entries
• Adjust start and end times retroactively

The Add-on is built using Google Apps Script and operates within the Google Workspace environment.

3. License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Add-on’s source code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Add-on to build a competing product
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

4. Pricing and Payment

The current version of G-Time Tracker is available free of charge. The Developer reserves the right to introduce paid features or change the pricing model in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to users in advance. Continued use after pricing changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use of the Add-on complies with applicable laws
• Using the Add-on only for lawful purposes

6. Google Workspace Requirements

G-Time Tracker requires a valid Google account and access to Google Calendar. Your use of Google services is subject to Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Developer is not responsible for changes to Google’s services that may affect the Add-on’s functionality.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Add-on. The Developer’s total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Add-on in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Helmuth Lammer. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by the Developer.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate your use of the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google account. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Add-on after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.
